About Tom CORCORAN  

Tom is the founder and managing partner of Crestview Funds LLC, leading its acquisitions, investor relations and financing efforts. With more than 35 years of experience, he has been involved in numerous commercial real estate transactions in the Southeast and Midwest, partnering with a wide range of institutional equity and debt sources and particularly focusing on off-market acquisitions.  

In 1984, Tom founded Corcoran-Maddox Companies, along with James Maddox, for the sole purpose of delivering superior, risk-adjusted returns by way of creative real estate investments.  Over the years Tom has formed a number of partnerships and limited liability companies to buy middle market office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties and land throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Prior to his time with Corcoran-Maddox Companies, Tom spent eleven years in the commercial real estate brokerage business in Dallas with Reeder Investments and as an owner of his own brokerage firm. Tom has a Bachelor of Science, with a concentration in accounting, from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
